All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
U.S. Shipping
We ship all domestic orders via USPS.

International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide!

- Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days after your order ships
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery, if applicable.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, including any apartment, unit, suite, or building number.
Pretty Theory Beauty is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been accepted by USPS, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
Pretty Theory Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been shipped. However, we understand how frustrating this can be and will gladly assist you by providing tracking information and helping you file a claim with the carrier whenever possible.
